Have you ever gotten sick and it ruined all your plans?
It’s the beginning of the year, you were ready to hit the ground running getting back in the gym, eating well, creating content, sticking to your budget, and then bam - you’ve got the flu and you don’t have the energy to do anything but lay there and eat soup you ordered from Panera.
